To receive the notification on order, check the below guide.

1) Navigate to Stores > Settings > Configuration

2) Scroll down the page and find the Sales menu, click to expand and click Sales Emails

3) At the Send Order Email Copy To field, you can add or edit the email there then click save config to save the changes



NOTE: After save the changes, you are required to Flush Magento Cache in order the changes to take effect.
