Re-index Magento Page by follow the below guide:
Step 1: Navigate to System > Tools > Index Management
Step 2: Click the checkbox on the listing header and select "Select All"
Step 3: At the Actions options, select Re-index
Step 4: Click Submit button to Re-index all the items
Flush Magento Cache by follow the below guide:
Step 1: Navigate to System > Tools > Cache Management
Step 2: Click the Flush Magento Cache button and wait the result to show.
