This feature is to set reminder email for customer that still have item in cart and never checkout after a period of time


Follow the below guide to set reminder email on abandoned cart


Step 1: Navigate to Marketing > Abandoned Cart Email > Campaigns

Step 2: Click Create New Campaign button to add new record.

Step 3: Set all the necessary information as below

  1. At the general setting
  2. Set the name
  3. Set the status to active
  4. Set priority, can leave it as 0 as top priority
  5. Select the cancel condition that reminder will not send when the listed condition is met.
  6. At the Stores & Customer Groups setting
  7. Set the applicable store
  8. Set the customer group that apply to this reminder
  9. At Conditions setting
  10. Set this basic condition which only send reminder when the total items quantity is equals or greater than 1. This mean if there is item in cart, this reminder will trigger.
  11. At Schedule setting
  12. You can set the reminder by days (recommend using this for 2 days and above), by hours or by minutes to send the reminder. For simple one is 1 day, you can set 24 hours and it will trigger that after 24 hours.
  13. If you want to apply additional discount when send them the reminder, you can set it at this section.
  14. Click Save button once done.
