To solve this issue

  1. Implement reCaptcha at Sign Up / Register page.
  2. If #1 already implemented but there are still spam customers manage to register,
    ask developers to restrict customer registration using Magento API
    (done this for Dressing Paula on 24 May 2023 and it works.)
